Holiday Hearts is a new beaded ornament design for 2018! It’s stitched entirely with glass and gold-plated seed beads on a special canvas; you’ll work from a chart using a bead for each stitch– beads are attached with a simple Tent (Continental) stitch, so it’s a perfect beginners project.
Finished size is about 3-3/8″ round on #12 mesh canvas. The special double mesh canvas makes stitching with beads surprisingly simple– it eliminates the need to “lock” each stitch in place!
Chart pack includes larger-than-lifesize photo, large color chart, stitch diagrams, detailed instructions and a page of additional beaded needlepoint tips. Kit includes the chart pack, beads, white embroidery floss, needles and canvas. Optional add-ons include beading thread and additional pieces of canvas.
Don’t love to count? Don’t want to use beads? This design is also available as a hand painted canvas– it’s carefully “stitch-painted” on your choice of canvas so the counting is done for you.
