FireLine is a pre-waxed braided cord consisting of gel-spun polyethylene (which is known as the strongest fiber, per diameter, ever created). It has an extremely high tensile strength and is recommended for beadwork of all types. The 4 lb. weights will fit a #12 English beading needle, or Tapestry needles #26 or #28. Don’t use your best scissors to cut this thread!
Each roll has a sliding lock mechanism to keep the thread from coming loose. Crystal or Smoke on 15-yard rolls, or Crystal on 50-yard rolls.
