Vintage framed and matted small picture with four 1987 Lacemaking stamps (US 22ยข genuine stamps). Silver-leafed frame measures 6-3/4 by 7-1/4″ with the sight area of the stamps 2-1/2″ by 3-1/8″. Incised black mat creates a double-mat effect. Frame has glass.
In excellent condition, looks new and ready to hang. The little rubber pads on the backside are missing.
