1950s handkerchief variegated purple & yellow crochet lace edging

Pretty vintage (probably 1950s) pale yellow handkerchief with a deep edging of of hand crocheted lace worked using an unusual yellow-to-purple variegated thread. In excellent condition, looks new, still has the original “pure linen” sticker.
