1930s MÄRK-BOK traditional Danish cross stitch motifs & monograms

1930s softcover booklet Märk-Bok, from Denmark. 8″ by 10-1/4″ with 32 pages– 23 pages of charted designs including alphabets, monograms and traditional motifs, 8 pages of embroidery monograms to trace, 1 page showing knitted insertions. Charts range from traditional sampler-style motifs and borders to alphabets, folk figures and elves.

Condition is fairly good; covers are worn, lower right edge is chipped both front and back and the pages have slight edge wear. Back cover has a sharp crease. Pages are very good, slightly age-toned but not brittle. Previous owners’ name is written neatly inside the cover.
