1922 book of antique and modern German cross stitch patterns

1922 small hardcover book with 50 pages of both traditional and modern German cross stitch patterns plus numerous large fold out charts at the back of the book. Generally good condition, hinges are cracked between some pages but all pages are present. Foldout pages are fragile and beginning to split along the fold lines.
