1880s Sajou #654 Berlin Work charted monograms booklet

Small antique hand embroidery pattern book No. 654 from French publisher SAJOU measuring 3-3/4″ by 5-1/4″ when folded. This is a continuous accordion-pleated strip with 8 individual plates, printed on one side. 4 complete sets of monogram charts. In excellent condition with both covers– a remarkable artifact of needlework history. Scissors is not included, it is shown for scale.
