Stars & Stripes is a beaded needlepoint ornament design stitched entirely with glass and galvanized gold seed beads on a special canvas; you’ll work from a chart using a bead for each stitch– beads are attached with a simple Tent (Continental) stitch, so it’s suitable for beginners.
Finished size is about 3-3/8″ round on #12 mesh canvas. The special double mesh canvas makes stitching with beads surprisingly simple– it eliminates the need to “lock” each stitch in place!
Chart pack includes larger-than-lifesize photo, large color chart, stitch diagrams, detailed instructions and a page of additional beaded needlepoint tips. Kit includes the chart pack, beads, needles and canvas. You’ll need to add embroidery floss or beading thread to stitch with– I used white floss.

You’ll need to supply DMC 6-ply embroidery floss, or transparent beading thread to attach the beads
